Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. This policy applies to all products purchased on norjshop.com.

Eligible returns

You may return a product within 30 days of receiving it if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The product is in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Items that cannot be returned

• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
• Products without original packaging.

Defective products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. Under Vietnamese consumer protection law, you are entitled to one of the following remedies at your choice:

• Replacement: We will send you a new product at no additional cost.
• Repair: If applicable, we will arrange a repair at no cost to you.
• Full refund: We will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs.

For defective products, we cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

How to request a return

1. Email us at andrew@dkbranddesign.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us following the instructions provided. Please pack it securely.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping

• Change of mind returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Defective or incorrect products: We cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different colour within the same 30-day window, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and let us know which colour you’d prefer. If the requested colour is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method (via VNPay).
• Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are refunded for defective or incorrect products.

Clearance items

Clearance items follow the same return policy as all other products. They may be returned within 30 days under the same conditions described above.
