Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of norjshop.com (“the Site”) and the purchase of products from NORJ, operated by DK Brand Design (“we,” “us,” “our”), a business registered in Vietnam.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General

NORJ is an online store selling backpacks and related accessories. We currently sell and ship within Vietnam only. All transactions are conducted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices displayed in other currencies (e.g. USD) are estimates for reference only — the actual charge is always in VND.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site and make purchases if you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Vietnamese law. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

  • Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.
  • All prices are displayed in VND and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Clearance and promotional pricing is available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Orders and payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.
  • All payments are processed securely through VNPay, which supports Vietnamese bank cards, ATM cards, and QR Pay. We do not collect or store your payment credentials.
  • If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. Your cart will remain intact for you to try again.
  • Guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders, save addresses, and manage your wishlist.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • We currently ship within Vietnam only. International shipping is not available.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping address provided.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Returns and refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at andrew@dkbranddesign.com. We will arrange the return and refund process with you directly.
  • Refunds are processed manually and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary.
  • Exchanges for a different colour are available within the same 30-day window, subject to availability.

7. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity.
  • You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Order records may be retained as required by Vietnamese tax and accounting law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product images, text, logos, design elements, and the NORJ brand name — is owned by DK Brand Design or its licensors and is protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law:

  • The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Vietnamese consumer protection law.

10. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute regarding an order or the Site, please contact us first at andrew@dkbranddesign.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter directly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Your statutory rights as a consumer under Vietnamese law are not affected by these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
