We currently ship within Vietnam only. All orders are shipped from Ho Chi Minh City. This page outlines our shipping zones, estimated delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.
Shipping zones and delivery times
Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Times may vary based on carrier conditions and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are based on your delivery address and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays. Key holidays that may affect delivery times include:
- TαΊΏt (Lunar New Year) β typically 7β10 days in January or February
- Reunification Day (30 April)
- Labour Day (1 May)
- National Day (2 September)
During major holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will post any expected delays on the Site.
Delivery address
- Please ensure your shipping address, ward, district, city/province, and phone number are correct when placing your order.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs required to redeliver.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at andrew@dkbranddesign.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
Delivery issues
If you experience any of the following, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:
- Package not received: We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Package damaged in transit: Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening fully. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Wrong item received: We will send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at our expense.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a delivery address within Vietnam.
